The Continental Dubnital is designed for dry to damp conditions and for rocky, hardpack, and medium loose soils. It supersedes its predecessor, the championed 'Race King', and takes performance to the next level. The tread pattern is engineered for all-out speed, better braking, and cornering grip. The center tread features redesigned, siped, and increased studs to generate ideal traction and balance rolling characteristics. The transition area uses reinforced, siped, and repurposed studs to support strongly in cornering and off-camber sections, while the shoulder area features reinforced and increased studs with additional slats to create superb grip and cornering stability.
This tyre features the Race casing, which is the lightest and fastest construction in Continental's MTB line-up, offering a light and supple one-ply construction with a reinforced sidewall and crown for puncture protection. The Grip compound offers an excellent balance of grip and rolling resistance, making it an ideal choice for cross-country, down-country, trail, and gravel use cases. All compounds include Continental's BlackChili compound.
